Quick Tricks for Boosting Their Veggie Intake

Problems with convincing your kids to swallow a healthy dose of herbs every day? Try some of these tricks to quickly increase their Veggie consumption.

1. Great Grill

Small mouth like little pieces and grated food is only one step in comparison with mashed potatoes or mashed potatoes. Children enjoy eating grated carrots or zucchini as appetizers, or spraying it on their food, like topping. If you have a plastic grater, you can even get your children to help prepare their dinner. Mixing it when you fix it easier when grated vegetables – they can be hidden in omelets, Burger mixes and pancakes. Delicious tomato sauce Bolognese can hide grated onion, zucchini, carrots, broccoli and parsnips.

2. Smooth its share Smoothies
